Shipping policy


We offer shipping via Australia Post, local pickup and on some occasions, local delivery. Should you require your order to be shipped via an alternative carrier (e.g. freight company), please contact us to arrange.

Local Delivery: available to certain areas. Fee applies - please contact us to enquire and arrange.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

You will receive an automated confirmation email from us when your order has been shipped.  This will include the Australia Post tracking details for your package.

Standard Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are packed and posted within 2 business days. In some circumstances (including special order items and products produced by suppliers in small, handmade batches) delays can occur, which will be communicated.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Carrier
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Express Shipping

Processing Time

Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.

Carrier
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.

Cost
Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Quotes Required 

Postage quote is an option available on large, bulky and express delivery over 5kg. If this option is selected at checkout, a quote from Australia Post will be acquired and with the cost emailed to you. Should you wish to proceed with the order including the postage quote, an invoice will be generated for payment. Orders will not be dispatched until payment for the shipping has been received in full. 


International Shipping

We post Monday - Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

 

Shipping Delays

POSSIBLE DELAYS
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics. 

Shipping times will increase during peak periods, especially during the Christmas and New Year period.

Order Tracking

Tracking Number
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking Link
You can track your order through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email or directly on the carrier's website.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance. We require photos of the damaged items so that damage claims can be submitted to Australia Post. Items will be reposted as a matter of urgency once correspondence and photos are received and Australia Post has processed the claim.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Order Cancellations

Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations can be applied for once we provide confirmation.
