Ingredients: Ethanol, Springwater, Zizyphus Jujuba, Dr Bach™ Flowers; Aspen, Cerrato, Cherry Plum, Larch, Mimulus, Rescue Remedy™, Rock Rose.
Usage Instructions: 20mls twice a day for 2 days leading up to event and 20mls on the day of the event to cover a total of 5 outings.
