The information and services provided by The Equine Apothecary Pty Ltd and its consultants are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as veterinary advice. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian before making any health-related decisions for your horse. The Equine Apothecary Pty Ltd and its consultants do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any equine disease. By booking a consultation, you agree that the advice provided is intended to support the general health and well-being of your horse.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Payment: All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway in accordance with Australian regulations.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Refunds will not given for cancellations or reschedule requests without a minimum of 24 hours notice.

3. Confidentiality: All information shared during consultations is treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Consultants do not share your personal information with other consultants nor third parties without your consent. Some information may be provided to The Equine Apothecary Pty Ltd in order to provide you with remedies required.

4. Consultation Limitations: The advice provided during consultations is based on the information provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about their horse's health and history. The consultant is not liable for any outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Disclaimer of Liability: The Equine Apothecary Pty Ltd and its consultants are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of the use of the advice provided during consultations. Clients assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the consultation. Should side effects occur from any remedies suggested, stop use immediately and contact your consultant or veterinarian.
