With over 35 years of experience as a Psychic Communicator and Healer, Claire Swinney brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her work with both humans and  animals. Her deep fascination with horses has led her to specialise in equine  communication, where she consistently finds their intelligence and intuitive  understanding of their inner worlds both astounding and humbling. 

Claire’s approach is rooted in a profound respect for the horses she works with. She  emphasises the importance of mutual consent, noting that once a horse grants  permission, their ability to articulate their experiences and challenges is remarkable.  This exchange of information not only showcases the horses' evolved nature but also  provides Claire with a unique opportunity to facilitate healing and growth. 

The core of Claire’s practice is dedicated to helping horses overcome barriers that  impede their general wellbeing. Her sessions aim to support horses in letting go of  what holds them back, thereby guiding them towards their higher purpose. 

Claire is thrilled to join The Equine Apothecary as a practitioner. Her enthusiasm and  commitment to this work reflect her genuine passion for making a positive impact on  the lives of horses and their human companions. 

Claire is based in Mullumbimby, NSW and offers consultations via telephone and in person  across the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Sessions include one hour distant communication per horse, an initial 15 minute chat with the owner, 30 minutes of healing and tuning in, plus a further 15-minute follow-up phone conversation 7 to 10 days after initial consultation to share findings.
